Ingredients
1/2 cup paneer
1 cup crushed monaco biscuits
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp flour
1 chopped onion
6-8 cashewnuts
1 tbsp butter
salt, pepper & chilli powder to taste
extra monaco crumbs.
Method
Fry flour, onion & chopped nuts. Add milk & stir till thick.
Remove from fire & blend in paneer, salt, pepper chilli powder
& monaco crumbs.
Mix well & keep for 1 hr in fridge.
Shape 10-12 rolls. Roll in extra crumbs & fry till done.
