Slimmer Salad (Low Cal food)
Ingredients
4 dessert apples
1 fresh pear (optional)
segments of 1 orange
1 medium sized capsicum
4 carrots
4 sticks celery
1/2 cucumber
a few raisins
Method
Chop the fruits coarsely
Grate the vegetables
Mix in a bowl & put to chill
If u like add the curd dressing
Serve Cold
