Cole Salugh Salad
Ingredients
cabbage : 100 gms
carrot : 2 no's
mayonnaise : 2 tablespoons
yoghurt (thick) : 1 to 2 tablespoons.
sugar : 1 teaspoon.
salt : little to taste
Method
Grate the cabbage and carrot.
Take the mayonnaise, yoghurt, salt and sugar and beat it nicely
till soft with a churner.
To this beaten mixture add the grated vegetables raw.
Mix it well and refrigerate it.
Once it is chill, take out & serve to have a wonderful tasty
salad.
