Soya Tomato Dosa
Ingredients
soya flour- 1 cup
rice flour - 1/2 cup
grated tomatoes- 1 cup
grated green chillies-1 tsp
dhaniya patta- 1 tsp
saboot jeera- 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Method
In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well. Make a semi thick
batter with 1 1/2 cups
water. See that there are no lumps.
In a small kadai heat 1 tsp ghee. Add 1/2 tsp mustard and once done
add to dosa batter.
Rest covered for 15 mins.
Take a tawa. Heat on medium gas. Season it with a little oil. Take
a ladle of the batter and
swirl on tawa. Add a little oil. When done turn over.
Add a little oil. Cook till done. It is important that the dosa
cooks on low/medium heat.
Serve hot with Chutney of your choice.
