Pudina Ke Aloo
Ingredients
10 baby red (skin) potatoes
sprigs of dry mint
2 tsp mustard oil
1/4 tsp turmeric
a pinch of asafoetida
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
bay leaf
Method
Wash and dry potatoes.
Do not peel or cut.
Heat oil.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add potatoes.
Cook till well done.
Serve hot and be prepared for accolades.
