Gobi Curry and Mustard Potatoes
Ingredients
250 gms. small potatoes
2 green chillies
2 piece ginger
5 cloves garlic
1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp haldi powder
1/2 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp mustard oil.
For Garnishing
1 tomato ring - chopped, little coriander leaves - chopped.
Method
Take all together the green chillies, ginger, garlic, mustard seeds,
haldi, salt, chilli powder
and 1 tbsp mustard oil and make fine paste.
Keep potatoes in this pate for 10 minutes.
Heat a pan and fry these potatoes for 5-10 minutes on low heat.
Garnish with chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves.
