Crunchy Patta Gobi
Ingredients
500 gm cabbage-shredded finely
1 large capsicum-shredded fine
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric
1 ½ tsp salt
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
coriander for garnishing
Method
Place the oil and cumin in a dish and cook covered at HIGH for 2
minutes.
Add the cabbage, capsicum, coriander, turmeric, salt, vinegar and
sugar. Mix
well.
Cover and cook at HIGH for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander and
serve.
