2 cups poha (beaten rice)
1 potato, boiled, peeled & chopped into cubes
1/2 cup onion, chopped finely
2 green chilies, chopped finely
2 dry red chilies, broken into pieces
salt to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander leaves for garnishing
Wash the poha and soak in 1/2 cup of water for about 5 to 7 minutes.
In a pan heat the oil. Add all the seasoning ingredients and fry
for 3 minutes. Then add
the chopped onions, green chilies, red chilies and saute until golden
Then add the boiled potatoes, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
Finally, add the soaked
poha and mix well. Keep on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves
