Cucumber Raitha Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup grated cucumber 2 cups fresh curds 1 tsp. cumin powder 3/4 tsp. red chilli powder Salt to taste 1 tbsp. coriander chopped finely 1/2 tsp. each cumin and mustard seeds
Method
Crush the seeds together coarsely with stone or pestle Beat curds till smooth Add all ingredients Mix well and chill for an hour before serving
