Palak Gravy for Rice Recipe
Ingredients
1 bunch palak
3 or 4 small onions
3 or 4 flakes garlic
1 tsp jeera
1 or 2 green chillies
1 cup boiled tuvar dhal
Method
Fry onions, jeera, garlic, green chillies in ghee or oil.
When it softens add chopped palak.
Cook till palak becomes soft.
Cool this & grind in mixie.
Add tuvar dhal to the ground palak & cook for 2 or 3 min.
Serve with Rice.
