Papaya Fry Recipe
Ingredients
raw papaya - 500 gms
mustard seed - 2 tsp
whole red chillies - 4 nos
salt - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1 tsp
sugar - 2 tsp
oil - 2 tsp.
Method
Wash and grate the papaya.
Heat a pan, and add oil. After temparing it add mustard seed and
whole red chillies.
Now add the grated papaya.
Add salt and turmeric powder into it.
At first fry it in a high flame for 5 minutes, and then cover it
for 5 minutes with a slow
flame.
Add sugar and mix well.
Serve hot with Rice or Chapatis.
