Chocolate Fudge Recipes

Ingredients

Milk - 1 litre
Sugar - 2& ½ cups
Cocoa -1& ½ tbl sp
White butter- 1 cup ( heaped)

Method

boil milk for 5 min.
add sugar , cocoa & fresh butter & cook in medium flame
when the mixture becomes thick keep stirring constantly till it leaves the side of the vessel
pour on a greased tray & cut after a few minutes
