Chocolate Fudge With Nuts Recipes
Ingredients
1 cup butter
softened
8 cubes of pasteurized process cheese
5 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup milk powder
¼ cup coconut
¼ cup coarsely chopped cashewnuts
badam and pista
Method
In a large saucepan over medium heat melt butter and cheese cubes
together, stirring
frequently remove
from heat.
Sift together confectioners' sugar and cocoa add to cheese, mixing
well.
Stir in milk powder coconut and nuts.
Turn into a 9x9x2-inch pan chill until firm and cut into squares
and Serve.
Option:
Can be prepared without coconut also.
