Rasila Hari Mirch Recipes
Ingredients
green chillies 50 gms
fenugreek seeds 10 gms
coriander seeds 15 gms
lime juice from 4-5 lime
salt to taste
Method
Slit the green chillies and remove the seeds and put them in the
lime juice.
Powder fenugreek seeds and coriander seeds separately (raw) and
mix them to the
Chilli-lime and add salt. Mix them well and keep it aside for a
day.
It gives the rich taste the next day which can be had with Makai
Ka Roti or Jowari Ka
Roti or even with Curd Rice. Isn't it tasty.
