Quickie Cake Recipe
1 cup cream
1 cup maida
1/4 cup rava
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
nuts, raisins and dates
Beat the eggs, cream and sugar in a mixer-grinder.
Pour it in a vessel, add maida slowly, while stirring continuously
to avoid lumps.

Keep aside for 1 hour.
Pour the cake mix into a greased baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
